Thai boxing - Muay Thai is the National sport of Thailand and is referred to as The Art of Eight Limbs as shins, elbows, hands and knees are all used in the techniques. As a student of Thai Boxing you will learn how to use these eight points of contact, as opposed to two in western boxing (the fists). Thai Boxing is considered one of the best stand up systems in the Martial Arts world.
